Early booking is recommended as we do get booked up well in advance, especially during peak holiday periods. However, we do on occasion have cancellations due to unforseen circumstances, and so may have some vacancies at short notice.
Prices from June 2011
We are having to increase our prices for the first time in over 3 years in order to continue providing the same high quality level of care. This is unavoidable due to rising costs.

 Only cats from the same household may share accommodation.
Only vaccinated cats will be accepted, and proof of vaccination must be seen.
We regret that we cannot accept any cats that appear to be suffering from any contagious disease
Please ensure that your cat’s worming and flea treatments are up to date before their stay with us. This is for the benefit of all the cats that board with us.
Reception/Collection of cats is by appointment during our opening hours to ensure the proprietor’s full attention in settling/releasing your cat. Please adhere to agreed times.
A full days board is charged for the days of arrival and departure, to allow time for disinfecting and preparation.
Payment by cash or cheque is due on collection. We do not take cards at the present time.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before booking date may incur a cancellation fee, and less than 7 days the full cost for the period booked will be payable if the vacancy cannot be filled.
In the event of a cat is being collected earlier than arranged, fees for the period booked will be charged.
Transport costs, if incurred, will be charged at a cost of 90 pence per mile and in addition vet visits will incur an additional cost of £15 per visit.
At Christmas, New Year and Easter, there will be a minimum fee equivalent to 5 days boarding. |
